I. INDUSTRY INTERFACED FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (i2FDP): 1
- Convener and Resource Person of i2 FDP
Conceived and executed India’s first Industry Interfaced Faculty Development Programme (i2 FDP), organised by Zee Institute of Media Arts (ZIMA) and Zee Media Corporation Limited (ZMCL) in ZEE premises in Noida
Conducted this 10-day FDP from December 28, 2017 to January 8, 2018 as Academic Head of ZIMA and ZICA
The i2 FDP was the first FDP of its kind where the faculty members were given a practical and theoretical insight of the working of a news channel. It was an attempt to bridge the gap between the theory and practice.

II. MEDIA FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (MFDP): 1
- Advisor and Resource Person of MFDP
One-Week Media Faculty Development Programme (MFDP) on Developing Scientific Approach in Media Teaching, organised by DME Media School, Delhi Metropolitan Education (DME), Noida, on July 9 – 15, 2018
This MFDP was inaugurated by Prof. J S Yadav, former Director of Indian Institute of Mass Communication while valedictory was graced by Prof. Jaishri Jethwaney, former Course Director, Advertising and Public Relations, Indian Institute of Mass Communication.
Besides Dr Ambrish Saxena (ZEE Groip), the resource persons included Mr Qamar Waheed Naqvi, former News Director, Aaj Tak, Dr Anand Pradhan (IIMC), Dr Pallavi Majumdar (Amity University), Dr Kiron Bansal (SOJNMS, IGNOU), Dr Kulveen Trehan (USMC, GGSIPU), Mr Vinay Shanker (USMC, GGSIPU) and Dr Sarvesh Dutt Tripathi (USMC, GGSIPU).
III. FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (FDP): 1
- Organising Secretary and Participant of FDP
One-Week Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on Qualitative and Quantitative Research, organised by Delhi Metropolitan Education (DME), Noida, for the faculty members of three schools – Media, Management and Law, on June 7 – 13, 2019
Resource persons included professors from prestigious institutions of India including Prof. R. Sreedher (Former Director, EMPC, IGNOU), Prof. Shivaji Sarkar (IIMC), Prof. Anubhuti Yadav (IIMC), Prof. Sunetra Sen Narayan (IIMC) and Dr Jatin Srivastava (Ohio University, United Stated). The participants also included faculty members from other institutions.
IV. PEER FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (PFDP): 3
- Convener and Resource Person of PFDP
Two-Day Peer Faculty Development Programme (PFDP), organised by DME Media School, Delhi Metropolitan Education (DME), Noida, on January 3 – 4, 2019
This FDP was based on the concept of peer-to-peer learning. The sessions were taken by all the faculty members of DME Media School and they themselves attended the sessions.
2. Convener and Resource Person of PFDP
Two-Day Peer Faculty Development Programme (PFDP), on Tools and Techniques of Media Teaching, organised by DME Media School, Delhi Metropolitan Education (DME), Noida, on February 18 – 19, 2020
This FDP was based on the concept of peer-to-peer learning. The sessions were taken by 17 faculty members of DME Media School and they themselves attended the sessions.
3. Convener and Resource Person of P2P FDP
Two-Day Peer-to-Peer Faculty Development Programme (P2P FDP), on Media Teaching in the period of COVID-19, organised by DME Media School, Delhi Metropolitan Education (DME), Noida, on February 18 – 19, 2021
This P2P FDP was conceptualized as an FDP of the faculty, by the faculty, for the faculty. In this peer-to-peer learning exercise, 15 faculty members of DME Media School participated. They made presentations and each presentation was followed by discussions and deliberations.
