Dr Ambrish Saxena setup the School of Journalism and Mass Communication -VSJMC at Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies – VIPS in 2002 as its Founding Director. He had his second inning in VIPS from 2013 to 2016.

VIPS is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University – GGSIPU. It offers 10 academic programmes with 4 schools and close to 5 thousand students.

Conceived and executed International Film Festival Cinephile International Film Festival on September 18 – 20, 2014

  • Screening of 75 films during 3 days of the festival
  • Conduct of 2 Master Classes with large participation
  • Participation of filmmakers of more than 15 countries
  • Special screening of films from Belgium, Spain and UK
  1. Convener of National Seminar MIST:

Conceived and organised the National Seminar on Media Issues and Social Transformation – MIST 2014 on January 10 – 12, 2014
